Beginning Quilting - Brick by Brick This 3-part class will teach the importance of measuring and rotary cutting, piecing and sewing with accurate seam allowances and planning your quilt as you sew your rows together. Students will come away with confidence in their basic skills to make a quilt.
Borders, Backs and Bindings Come learn the correct way to measure your borders -- so they don't WAVE, how to make mitered corners and how to give your borders and bindings some interest and pizzaz. You will also learn h ow to measure for and piece your backs on larger quilts.
Bias binding will also be taught -- you'll learn how to cut on the bias, stitch it on your quilt and how to finish it off so you can't see where you began.

Double-wide Dresden: Boxy Flowers This is just one of the darling quilts you can make with the double-wide Dresden Ruler by Me and My Sister. Join us for this class and learn to make these fun flowers that include a small, medium and large Dresden!
Double-wide Dresden: Christmas Packages Using the new ruler from Me and My Sister, you'll learn how to make the bows on these darling packages. You can make the entire quilt or just a table runner. This pattern would be great for a birthday table runner, too!
Hidden Treasures Necklaces Choosing your favorite Hidden Treasure (alsa called a Macaroon) Necklace pattern from Heart to Hand, you will stitch this darling project in class. It is all done by hand, so you won't need you machine.
Jelly Roll Rug Sew strips filled with batting in this easy technique to make a rug small enough for your bathroom or big enough for your dining room. Choose your favorite jelly roll/s or cut fabrics to match your room!

Lunch & Learn: Tassels and Cording Tassels are all the rage right now and we're going to show you how to make your own! We're also going to show you this awesome Cording tool ... you can make your own Baker's Twine! or make cord to embellish your handwork projects. It's very fun!
Missouri Star BLOCK Club - Fall 2018 (3 classes) If you are a Jenny Doan fan and love the ease of using "pre-cuts", this is the club for you! The class members choose the quilt to make each month from one of the recent BLOCK magazines... The ladies just have a lot of fun sewing together!
Pillow Club II - Bench Pillows This is Year Two of our Pillow Club and we're going to make Bench pillows! Monthly demos will feature using both wool and cottons and different techniques will be taught that are perfect for all levels of quilters! Included in the class fee are the 12 patterns for the pillows.
